We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Tammy

I have been in the dental field for 29 years and enjoy it so much. I have been with Dr. O’Donald’s team for almost 19 years. I work with some great people and I think we create a great atmosphere and family bond with our patients.

In my spare time I love to bike and exercise and enjoy outdoor activities with my husband. I have two adult children and 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. I love spending the summers at the lake with them and making memories.

Lori

I feel very privileged to be working with the staff of Dr. John O’Donald and team. I have over 19 years of experience in the dental field and appreciate every aspect of this office from the advanced technology to the team orientated atmosphere. In 1996, I started working as a dental assistant and developed a strong passion toward the dental profession. I pursued my education and earned my Associates in Science of Dental Hygiene from Ferris State University in 2002. I have since enjoyed practicing dental hygiene in every aspect and found it both rewarding and fulfilling until 2011 when my health took a turn. Although I am no longer able to practice dental hygiene and miss it dearly, I am thankful to be helping the administrative team.

When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband Jason, and our three children, Keagan, Kyleigh, and Kamdon. Although I am a Northern Wisconsin native, I have resided in Michigan for the last 20 years. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, shopping, watching football, and reading.

Katie

I have helped people achieve healthy smiles for 31 years, 7 of them with this amazing dental team at Dr. O’Donald’s. Building relationships, making people feel special and welcome and helping them achieve their smile goals is my specialty.  Insurance is my calling and I enjoy helping make dental affordable as well as fitting into a budget.

I am happily married to my best friend. We have 3 beautiful adult children and 6 amazing grands who light up our life. We recently moved to our dream home on the Muskegon River, where we enjoy the great outdoors, boating, fishing, kayaking and swimming. We are huge sport fans! Love family game nights.  My passion is flower gardening and turning my yard into a paradise. Lastly, we are very patriotic and enjoy watching our son travel the world with our great Airforce.

Tellie

I became a team member of Dr. O’Donald’s in September 2013.  I have over 10 years of dental experience both in clinical and front office setting.

Building relationships with our patients and my fellow workers is a very rewarding experience. I have definitely found my dental home here at Dr. O’Donald’s office.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and my “princess” granddaughter, as well as crafting and home decorating.

Janelle

I recently joined the administrative team here at Dr. John C. O’Donald Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. I have over 13 years of dental experience and enjoy working in the dental field. My favorite role as a team member is working with such a caring & genuine team to help such a great group of patients.

In my spare time I love spending time with my finance Max and my grown daughters, Samantha and Olivia. You are most likely to find me hunting or fishing if I’m not working on wedding plans.

Tonya

I graduated from Ferris State University and have worked with Dr. O’Donald since 1994, minus 2 years with Cherry Street’s School Travel Program in Grand Rapids. I am passionate about dental health, the relationships made with our patient family and helping to improve their overall health.

My husband, James, share 4 kids and work our food concessions business in the summer.  I am originally from Escanaba, in the UP, and try to visit my family as often as possible.

Shawn

I graduated from Ferris State University in 2009 as a Registered Dental hygienist. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, I was a dental assistant.

I feel very blessed to be part of Dr. O’Donalds   team for four years now and have 31 years in the dental field. I love being a dental hygienist as well a dental assistant.

My goal and passion is to provide the highest level of care to protect my patients total health.

I have three beautiful grown children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and friends, camping, biking, hiking, and working in my yard.

Laura

I graduated from Ferris State University in 1992, with a degree in Applied Biology, I then decided to pursue a degree in Dental Hygiene.  I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 26 years and have been with Dr. O’Donald for 22 of those years.  I have a strong passion for helping our patients improve their dental and overall health.  I love getting to know my patients on an individual basis.  I find joy in providing and customizing the very best care and making my patients smile.
In my spare time, I love being with my husband, Dan, of 26 years and our six children.  I dedicate much of my time as an active sports mom and school volunteer.  When I am not partaking in my children’s activities, I enjoy boating, camping, and gardening.

Niki

It is my pleasure to work as a Registered Dental Hygienist for Dr. O’Donald.  I am a graduate from Grand Rapids Community College with an Associates degree in Applied Science.

My childhood dream was to become a health care provider. Throughout my years of being a patient of Dr. O’Donald’s and talking and being educated by his hygienist, it was then I knew I wanted to become a hygienist myself.  I strive to give patients the ultimate comfort in my chair and provide educational advice.

I have two wonderful children. Together we enjoy adventuring and spending time as a family.

Jillian

I’ve been a Dental Hygienist for 7 years now, 4 of them being with Dr O’Donald’s office.  I am a graduate of GRCC dental hygiene program and have an associate degree in Applied Science and Arts.

I am married and have 4 amazing boys. When I’m not practicing dental hygiene I enjoy spending time with my family and spending time at the lake boating and relaxing!

I have been a dental assistant since 1991 and have worked every one of those years with Dr. O’Donald. He has been my mentor and he has made these years a wonderful learning experience.

I have 3 grown children and five grandsons. I enjoy riding my horses, camping and reading.  My passion is spending time relaxing with family and friends.

I became a member of Dr’s. John O’Donald’s dental team in May, 2014.  I am a 2010 graduate of the dental assisting program through the Grand Rapids Community College, where I received my Associates degree as a Registered Dental Assistant. I have always had a passion for dentistry and love what I do.  One of my many goals as an RDA is making your experience with us as comfortable as possible. I also love getting to know our patients and building relationships with them.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Andrew, family and friends.  In my spare time, my husband and I love jet skiing in the summer and for myself, I love crafting.

Kim

I am looking forward to sharing in the goals of Dr. O’Donald’s amazing dental team. I have been a dental assistant since 2010. I am excited about expanding my skills and to make a positive impact on patient care and making sure you leave with a smile.
My wonderful husband Jason and I have six beautiful children and soon to be first time grandparents. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am an animal lover and enjoy horseback riding, gardening, painting and everything to do with being outside.

Mady

I am excited to have recently joined the practice of John C. O’Donald and team. I finished dental assisting school in 2019 at Ross and quickly became passionate about dentistry. I am extremely devoted to helping patients feel comfortable and educated.
In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors where you can find me going for a walk, running, and kayaking. I also love spending time with my two dogs Shiloh and Arrow.
